shoulder and lower back tension..?
I feel like I need a massage every day....is this basically caused by stress...the tension in the back
No I don't think it's stress related. Stress will make U tense but not as Ur describing. Sounds like U have nerve problems or possible a or some ruptured disc. I like the other answerer have degenerative spinal disease. You could use a heating pad or hot shower/bath to get some relief. Do U feel any knots in Ur shoulders or along beside Ur spine? Of course if it gets worse U will need to see a doc & have test run to see what is causing Ur problem. For the time being I suggest that U change some of the things Ur doing that could cause more damage. Of course all we do when we R young we pay for or feel as we get older.
