How much will it cost to fix the head gasket of an 1998 isuzu rodeo.?
I am planning to buy an 1998 isuzu rodeo that needs a new head gasket for 800 buck is it worth it?
The vehicle it's self is worth it but the 3.2L v6 engine at a salvage yard is going to run you around 2,000 the 2.2l 4 cyl. engine is going to run you 1,700 at a salvage yard and that is the cheapest I could find either. The engine is hard to find but you also have to watch out for coolant causing the crank bearings to spin causing the piston knock.
