Grip Skin
My skin grips to my belly bar ... is this normal ?
I had my belly button pierced 6days ago, it is still a bit red but the skin grips to the bar is this normal ?
It'll loosen up once it starts to heal properly. Its always a bit tight to start with, but don't twist it or anything.
Its probably just a bit crusty 
As long as its a suitable metal (ie solid surgical steel/titanium), your skin isn't going to grow onto the bar or anything.
If its nickel based or anything plated though, then you'll probably want it changed.
