Locker Bike
advice to help train legs...ways to aid recovery ?
training legs kills me...i walk weird for days after. what do you do? i get plenty of nutrients.... i was thinking that i should drink a protein shake right after working out (in locker rom) then head back to the bike for 20 mins? then stretch before heading home for a solid meal? thanks
yup ... legs have some of the bodies biggest muscles, so I guess they take the most out of us.
I actually have a protein shake and usually a banana (extra car bs) before a workout. Then usually a good meal after.
