What happens when String Theory meets Buddhism?
Ok. So now I am thinking that string theory, m-theory, the whole bit... is like an old fashioned, pre-embryonic, Buddhist trip in another world. Are they somehow aware yet that they will be studying tantra soon? Or, is their science so low that they have not even entered a vehicle like the Hinayana - or the need for self-liberation?

Actually I think string theory and m theory is like the mahayana of what is going on. hinayana is science itself trying to find the answer to all human woes. so that is the hinayanas self liberating quality. Then what is going on now is the mahayana like a working set of rules we can use to go to a tantric point of view. But yes I do believe they will get to a more tantra point of view and then can go beyond math to relating with the kayas appropriately. use our own minds and bodies to travel the dimensions like the higher lamas. I think some theorist are already tapping into the soul travel and dimension hopping we're talking about.
