Can I do a neon green and purple french mani?

This is for grad. Would it look weird? Also, does anyone know where I can get neon green nail polish for not too expensive? Can you write the store and the cost. Should I do purple on the bottom and neon green on the top?

i never think your nails can be too wild. they are a suddle way to express self. i think you should get a french mani with maybe those colors as trips going across it. just make sure it doesnt look to mardi gras!
